Step 1 - Download Cyberduck
You can download Cyberduck here.
Step 2 - Install Cyberduck
Double-click the DMG file in your Downloads folder, the following window will open:
Drag the file named "Cyberduck" to your Applications folder.
Step 3 - Configure Cyberduck
Navigate to your Applications folder and double-click Cyberduck to open the application.
Go to the File Menu and choose "Open Connection", fill out the information so that it matches this image, and please contact us for the password.

Step 4 - Upload Your Files
Drag the files you want to upload from your computer to the Cyberduck window. A transfer window will open, and close when the file transfer completes, after which you can confirm that the upload completed successfully if your file is now in the Cyberduck window. Please contact us to let us know to expect your file.
