Step 1 - Download the FTP Client

Step 2 - Install Fetch
Open the file named "Fetch_5.0.2.dmg" in your downloads folder. A new folder will appear on your desktop. Open this, and you will see the following screen.
Simply drag the "Fetch" icon into the folder, from the left to the right, and Fetch will be installed on your system.
Step 3 - Configure Fetch
Upon opening Fetch for the first time, you will see a window regarding the purchase of Fetch.
Choose "Not Yet" if you do not want to purchase Fetch. Next, if the following screen does not open automatically, go to the "File" menu and choose "New Connection."
Enter the information as shown on the next screenshot.

Username: uploads@zebravisuals.com
Connect using: FTP
Password: CALL FOR PASSWORD
Choose "Add to keychain" if you do not want to enter the password each time you connect.
Click on the Heart and choose "Make Shortcut." You will be given the option to name the shortcut. Choose to "Make this the default shortcut" if you want to be able to easily open our FTP folder each time you use Fetch.
Next, click on the blue down arrow to open the Advanced Options.
Enter the Intial Folder as "/public_html/uploads".
Click connect.
Step 4 - Upload your files.
You may see the following error message when you open the folder. Disregard it, just click OK.
To upload your files, simply drag the folder or files you want to upload from your computer into the window that Fetch opens. Be sure to notify us via phone or e-mail that you have uploaded files.
