Step 1 - Download the FTP Client

You can download Fetch 4, our recommended FTP Client from the following address.

Step 2 - Install Fetch

Open the "Fetch4.sit" file in your downloads folder. A new folder will appear on your desktop. Place the folder in the directory you keep your applications in to install Fetch. Double click the "Fetch 4.0.3" Icon to open Fetch.



Step 3 - Configure Fetch

You should see the following window upon opening Fetch for the first time.



Enter the information as shown on the next screenshot.

Host: zebravisuals.com
User ID: uploads@zebravisuals.com
Password: CALL FOR PASSWORD

Choose "Add to keychain" if you do not want to enter the password each time you connect.

If the options below "Add to keychain" are not showing, click the triangle to make them appear.

Initial directory: /public_html/uploads



Click on the icon next to "Shortcuts:" and choose "New Shortcut." You will be given the option to name the shortcut.



Click OK.

Step 4 - Upload your files.

You may see the following error message when you open the folder. Disregard it and click OK.



You will then have access to this window.



To upload your files, choose "Put Files..."



Navigate to the file or files you want to upload and click open. Be sure to notify us via phone or e-mail that you have uploaded files.
